​​​It's Time to Enroll for CRC Benefits! If you are a newly eligible employee of CRC, you have 31 days from your hire date (or eligibility date) to enroll in the CRC benefit plans. 

An enrollment packet for the CRC benefit programs will be mailed to your home address of record. 

The packet will contain:

Medical, Dental and Life Insurances

  • Complete and return the Benefits Enrollment form to CRC Benefits via secure fax to 562-999-8522 or send electronically to CRCBenefits@crc.com.
    • Medical, Dental, Vision, MetLaw or Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) plan elections, to be effective retroactive to your eligibility date.
    • If enrolling in a Kaiser HMO or United Healthcare HMO plan, complete and return the enrollment application form along with your Benefits Enrollment form.
  • For GUL coverage, refer to the separate Prudential materials which contain information regarding the plan options, rates and online enrollment instructions (www.prudential.com/CRC). 
  • Beneficiary designations for Basic Life Insurance (non-GUL) and occupational and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage are made online.  Please wait 10 business days from your eligibility date to log in. Refer to the Online Beneficiary Designation letter for instructions.
  • To contribute to a Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA and/or Health Savings Account, complete the appropriate section on the Benefits Enrollment form.
  • NOTE – You may elect GUL coverage without providing evidence of good health during your initial 31 days of eligibility.

In addition to the materials you will receive, you can access the Medical Plan Summaries of Benefits and Coverage for each medical plan option by going to the Benefit Resources section on the MyInfo webpage at myinfo.crc.com > Health, Life, and Disability Benefits > Medical and Dental Plan Information > Summaries of Benefits and Coverage.

Retirement and Savings

To change the automatic 5% before-tax Savings Plan contribution, and make your investment and beneficiary elections, access the link to your CRC Savings Plan account through an email you will receive from Fidelity within 5 business days. Within 2 weeks, you will also receive a packet from Fidelity with additional information and online registration instructions.  If you take no action, at the end of 30 days you will automatically be enrolled in the Savings Plan at a 5% before-tax contribution level and your contributions and Company Matching contributions will be defaulted into the Dodge & Cox Balanced (DODBX) fund.
